Connect, Inspire, and Accomplish the Unthinkable

JDF IS A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION

The Jim Dunston Foundation was created to bridge the gap between young individuals in urban and underserved communities pursing employment in Corporate America by getting their foot in the door. The Jim Dunston Foundation, also known as JDF connects individuals with the right companies, inspire change, and achieves the unthinkable. JDF empowers our youth and young adults by preparing them to purse employment in companies that would normally not be available to them. Through our mentorship and internship programs the intended outcome is that individuals will get placed in a company in pursuit of a career path. This program is offered to young individuals who need direction, individuals needing a second chance and entrepreneurs in need.

We give young adults access to programs and mentorships that will better prepare them for their future in the field of their choice.

FULFILLING EXPERIENCE

We’re all in this together. You can be a part of someones journey to a better life, empowerment and personal development. Whether it’s a program you’re a part of, becoming a mentor or donation, your contribution is a contribution to ones fulfilling experience.

WE WANT TO INVEST IN THE FUTURE

It starts with having access, being empowered, having a mentor to give you insight and a glimpse of what your future could look like. Providing more opportunities for our youth in underserved areas gets us closer to the promise of a better future for all!

Your Next Move

Your contribution is important to The Jim Dunston Foundation. Without selfless, kind, and motivated individuals like yourself, our resources would be limited. Those who benefit from our foundation will be successful due to the countless people who’ve made it possible for them to learn, grow, and become essential members of society. Was there ever a time you could have used a mentor?
